It is recommended that every Pro verify his/her account. This is very important to ensure trust and safety on Utaska platform.
Please note that any Pro account that is not verified for a period of time may be remove or deleted at the company own discretion.
Steps to verify your Pro’s Account
To verify your account, you must take the following steps:
- Step 1: Download and InstallUtaska App if you have not already installed the App.
- Step 2: Verify your Phone number.
- Step 3: Fill in to complete of your Pro Profile (Note: make sure you have completely fill in all available information with your profile picture to enable us to process your verification fast.)
- Step 4:Click Verify link in your account.
- Step 5: Enter Full Name 2. Select Identification Card option: Passport, Driving License, and voter’s ID card3. Take a photograph of identification card for your bio Data. 4. Take a selfie of your face.

- step 7:Wait as we process to verify your account. It takes 3 business working days for your account to be verified.
Note: Please make sure your selfie is very clear as well as information in your identification card. The selfie picture must match the identification card picture.
Please note that Utaska Trust and Safety team may call you if they find your information not complete or have any issues.
After verification, your account will have a verified badge and you are ready to make money.
